Which discounts can I get access to?

Here's how it works: if you hire a freelancer on Upwork for a $1000 contract, your Business Plus promotional fee would add 5%, or $50 to your bill. Unlike many traditional staffing and recruiting solutions that charge placement fees or retainers, Upwork’s fee is a small percentage tied to your actual hiring activity, helping nonprofits scale their talent needs more flexibly and predictably.


After 12 months, the standard Business Plus fee will apply automatically. You may downgrade at any time at no penalty.
