What is Docusign for Nonprofits?

Docusign for Nonprofits helps nonprofits of all sizes streamline administrative tasks and
drive their mission forward. Eligible organizations can receive 30-50% off select products and license types within Docusign’s suite of agreement management products. By providing access to Docusign’s powerful technology, we aim to help organizations streamline operations, maximize resources, and strengthen their impact and relationships with the communities they serve.

How can Docusign help my Nonprofit?

Sometimes, it feels like you need to find volunteers just to find more volunteers.

Let Docusign streamline your most critical workflows—from securing new grants to onboarding employees and volunteers. Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) turns your agreements and contracts into actionable documents, giving you back the time and resources you need to focus on what truly matters: your mission.

Key Features:

    • Reusable Templates & Web Forms: Standardize and capture donor agreements, fundraising forms, and volunteer waivers with ease, allowing supporters to sign from any mobile-friendly device securely.

    • AI-Powered Agreement Manager: Centrally store, track, and analyze all historical and new grant agreements in a single, searchable smart hub that uses AI to monitor compliance and upcoming renewal deadlines.

    • Contract Generation & Clause Library: Accelerate complex vendor contracts and internal compliance tracking using pre-approved templates and automated merge fields, eliminating manual drafting errors.

    • No-Code Workflow Builder: Build and orchestrate multi-step agreement processes—such as comprehensive beneficiary intakes, or employee onboarding flows—without writing a single line of code.

    • Multi-Channel Delivery & ID Verification: Speed up crucial approval loops by reaching stakeholders directly on their phones via SMS or WhatsApp notifications, while leveraging robust verification to safeguard sensitive, mission-critical data.
